PEORIA, Ill. — Peoria police are now identifying two suspects connected to a shooting which left two people wounded at the Hedgehill Apartment complex in North Peoria.
It happened around 7:25 p.m. Tuesday, leaving one woman in critical condition and another man with non-life threatening injuries.
PPD says their investigation led them to two individuals, identified as 18-year-old Jontarique White and 19-year-old Jahmahn Williams.
However, according to a news release, officers have not been able to catch up with either suspect and are now asking for the public’s help in locating both of them.
Jontarigue White is described as being a black male approximately 5’08” 140 pounds, short black hair with brown eyes.
Williams is described as a black male, approximately 5’07” 170 pounds, short black hair with brown eyes.
If White or Williams are seen, please immediately notify the police.
Police say both males are considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
