PEORIA, Ill. – Peoria-based Cullinan Properties will be developing a new VA center in Florida.
The company says in a news release it’s been awarded a lease by the VA and General Services Administration for a new VA mental health clinic and domiciliary in Temple Temple Terrace, Florida, near Tampa.
Construction on the 20-acre development is still slated to begin yet this year and will be complete in the second half of 2023.
“The state-of-the-art facility will care for our nation’s service men and women, providing outpatient mental health care,” said Stephanie Webster, Senior Vice President of Development for Cullinan Properties, in a news release. “Our design creates a warm, welcoming and therapeutic environment that supports healing and patient by incorporating natural light, promoting socialization and connecting to community.”
Cullinan is known for developing the Shoppes at Grand Prairie and OSF Cardiovascular Institute among numerous other retail, office, and medical developments in Peoria alone, and across the country.
