PEORIA, Ill. — Due to a low number of cases on campus and in the Peoria area, Bradley University will begin loosening some COVID-19 restrictions on Feb. 9.
Among other changes, Bradley students will be able to dine-in at off-campus restaurants while following State of Illinois guidelines.
In addition, students will be allowed to have a limited number of guests inside their residence.
Students are limited to having a maximum of two guests, one per roommate, at a time in residence halls.
For students living in houses, no more than four roommates can have one guest inside the residence at one time.
Students will also be able to socialize in indoor residence hall common areas as long as social distancing and masking rules are followed.
According to an email sent to students, public study spaces have been added in the library and throughout campus which students can reserve to use.
Family members will also now be able to visit students on campus. However, they may not enter the residence hall floor or room of the student.
For students living off campus, parents and other family may visit as long as distancing and masking is followed.
