Tree Of Lights Campaign Raises Record Amount

Salvation Army

The local Salvation Army is celebrating a record Tree of Lights campaign.

Campaign co-chairs Mike and Margee Cullinan announced Friday a record $1,727,582 was collected during this past holiday season’s campaign.

While a record, the amount was just shy of the $1.92 million “need amount” announced at the start of the campaign.

The annual holiday season fundraiser helps raise the money needed to pay for most of the Salvation Army’s programs throughout the year.
