BBB Warns About Rough Country Rustic Furniture

The Better Business Bureau of Central Illinois released a warning to consumers about Rough Country Rustic Furniture.

The BBB says the Missouri-based manufacturer of hand-crafted gun concealment and rustic furniture is ignoring a growing list of consumer complaints while taking new orders.

According to the BBB, the company received more than 600 complaints since December. Consumers claim the company isn’t delivering goods or issuing refunds in a timely fashion.

The BBB says none of the complaints have been answered, even after an owner promised to address the issue.

In the last three years, consumers filed around 1,250 negative reviews of the company, the second-highest number of complaints by a company in the BBB St. Louis service area.

The Missouri Attorney General is currently investigating the company.

The BBB recommends consumers use caution when doing business with Rough Country Rustic Furniture.
