PEORIA, Ill. – A Peoria man will spend more than 15 years in prison after pleading guilty in 2021 to Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office says Dustin Test, 39, was handed the sentence January 6.
Test was indicted in September of 2020, after he supposedly worked with other so-called “drug associates” to purchase and resell large amounts of ice methamphetamine, obtaining at least three pounds of it at one point.
Test is believed to have a lengthy criminal history, including convictions for Forgery, Residential Burglary, and Aggravated Battery.
He could have faced as much as 40 years in prison, and fines of up to $8 million.
