Peoria Robbery Suspects Still On The Run

Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating two suspects wanted for a series armed robberies that occurred in the last week of December.

The suspects are identified as Breon Fondren-Rucker, 19, and Derius Brady, 20.

Fondren-Rucker and Brady are are believed to be responsible for holdups at the 3 Way Food Mart, 708 W. Loucks Avenue, on December 26, and two alleged armed robberies at the Big Hollow convenience store, at 6023 N. Big Hollow Road, and Sherman Liquors, at 3801 N. Sterling Avenue, both on December 29.

Peoria Police say in instance, two suspects entered the store armed with handguns and demanding money before leaving the scene.

Fondren-Rucker and Brady were identified as suspects during the course of an investigation. Police issued warrants for their arrest on Wednesday, January 4.

Police say both suspects should be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
