UAW Local 974 president headed to International post
The president of UAW Local 974 is moving on to a new position. The Journal Star reports Rick Doty will represent Region 4 of the international union starting April 19th. Doty will be replaced by Dave Chapman, who is currently second vice-president and a former Local 974 president.
