Nancy Horton To Be Sworn In As Recorder

Nancy Horton will be sworn-in as Peoria county Recorder of Deeds Friday morning. The County Board Thursday night approved her selection to replace her late husband Brad for the rest of his term. Nancy Horton has been serving on the county's Board of Review since June 1st.
