(From Peoria Rivermen) - The Peoria Rivermen turned the page on February with a victory to begin the month of March. Pascal Pelletier’s goal with 4:19 remaining in the third period broke a 3-3 tie and sent the Rivermen to the 4-3 win over the Grand Rapids Griffins on Thursday at Carver Arena. The win clinched the season series for the Rivermen who won the final five of their eight meetings on the year. The Rivermen are now 10-9-1-2 against the North Division and sit 10 points back of the Texas Stars for the final playoff spot in the West. The Lake Erie Monsters will come to Carver Arena Saturday before the Rivermen head on the road for a seven-game trip.
