BU women visit ISU tonight

(From Bradley University) - The stakes are high for tonight's game at Redbird Arena as the second-place Bradley women's basketball team will take on I-74 rival and league-leading Illinois State at 7:35 p.m.  The Braves (14-10 overall) vaulted into second place in the Missouri Valley Conference standings with a pair of home wins against Creighton and Drake last week to improve to 10-4 in Valley play. Bradley can pull to within two games of Illinois State and would keep the Redbirds (20-5 overall, 13-1 MVC) from clinching the regular-season MVC championship with a win Thursday.  The Braves are also looking to avenge their only home conference loss after falling to the Redbirds 68-53 last month at Lorene Ramsey Gym. Live coverage begins at 7:15 p.m. on 1290 WIRL.
