No injuries are reported from a Peoria house fire. The blaze at 1311 West Howett was contained to a small room at the rear of the house. A 16-year old boy pleads guilty in Peoria County juvenile court to hitting at 14-year old who fell into an I-74 culvert last month. Peoria County is considering a second round of Voluntary Separation packages with eligible employees willing to buy out early. 71 county workers took advantage of the buyout last year as part of an effort to help reduce a $4 million dollar budget deficit.

Victim Shot In Arm In Home
