Driver fatigue is believed to be the cause of semi rollover accident on westbound I-74 west of Kickapoo.
The semi veered off the road at 2:35 a.m. Thursday, hit a guardrail and rolled onto the driver's side. The semi was loaded with car parts, which stayed in the trailer.
The driver, Marty Scott of Tennessee, was taken to OSF Saint Francis Medical Center where he was treated and released.
State Police ticketed Scott for improper lane usage and driving while ill or fatigued.
