The suspect in a deadly Peoria house fire is getting his day in court.
Aunterrio Barney allegedly set fire to a house on North University Street in April 2010. Four people, including a two-year-old child, died. Barney went on the run, but was caught out of state about two months later. The Chicago man will serve the rest of his life in prison if convicted.
Barney's trial, which started Wednesday morning, is expected to last three days.
