Leuthold Evidence Will Not Be Suppressed

Evidence found by police in Nathan Leuthold's home can be used in court.

Leuthold is accused of murdering his wife Denise in their home on Valentine's Day 2013.

Leuthold's attorney tried to get evidence found on his cell phone and computer suppressed, saying his client never gave consent.

But Monday, the judge in the case ruled that there was consent, and the evidence can be presented to the jury.

After several delays, Leuthold's trial is now set to begin on July 14th.
