Caterpillar may outsource 65 jobs from its engine center in Mossville. Company spokesperson Rachel Potts tells the Journal Star company officials met with employees last week to talk about it. There's no word on if the 65 jobs would be taken to an outside firm or stay within Caterpillar. Potts says this is the continuation of a restructuring plan announced by the company in 2008. Potts says if the decision becomes final the company will do what it can so the impact on the affect workers is minimal.
