Pekin police are looking for suspect who held up Papa John's at 1639 Broadway Road late Sunday night.
Pekin public information officer, Detective Don Jolly, says one man pointed a gun at workers and customers and demanded money from an employee.
The employee removed the cash register drawer and put in on the counter. Jolly says the suspect then took the register drawer and ran out.
"The suspect was described as a white male, about 5-foot-9, 200 pounds, wearing a black ski mask, black pants and a blue coat with fur around the hood portion," says Jolly. "The suspect was also armed with a gun."
Pekin police officers were called to the scene about 11:05 Sunday night.
Jolly says Pekin police and Tazewell County deputies set up a perimeter around the business and looked for the suspect but did not find him.
