A body is found in a Peoria hotel. WEEK News 25 reports the body of 50-year old Carl Spears was found Saturday afternoon in a room at the Red Roof Inn on War Memorial Drive. Peoria County Coroner Johnna Ingersoll says an autopsy will be conducted Monday, but Spears had an open wound on his back. Peoria police says Spears had been in and out of Methodist Medical Center and Proctor Hospital recently.
