(From Peoria Rivermen) - The game started with three goals in the first 19 minutes and ended with none over the final 41 as the Houston Aeros held off the Peoria Rivermen 2-1 at Carver Arena on Saturday night. T.J. Hensick scored a power-play goal for the third straight game and Jake Allen made 34 saves in a losing effort. With the loss the Rivermen have a record of 19-17-2-1 and sit in a third-place tie in the Midwest division. The Rivermen host Houston at 7 p.m. on Saturday to wrap up a five-game homestand.
