The assignments have been made. Now it's up to the high schoolers to complete their robotics. Bradley University hosted a regional FIRST Robotics competition Saturday. It's the 6th annual. Selected high school student teams from the region got instructions to complete their science projects in 6 weeks.
Tools and product are provided for the teams, they it's on them to come up with a finished invention. Caterpillar sponsors some of the event. News partner WEEK News 25 was at the event. Regional winners go on to a state finals for the science and technology competition. About 300 students gathered at BU's Renassaince Coliseum Saturday morning.
