Bond is set at $1-million for a man charged in the shooting death of Yahya Mahmoud Abu Qulbain. WEEK News 25 reports 23 year-old Robert Buford continues to be held in Peoria County jail on first degree murder charges. Buford is accused of shooting Mahmoud November 4th while he sat with a woman in a car in the 500 block of East Republic. Mahmoud was released from the hospital November 23rd, but died 3 days later.
