A suspect has been charged in the death of another man early last month.  Peoria Police arrested Robert Buford in connection with the incident. On November 4th,  Yayba Mahmoud Abu Qulbain was shot in the 500 block of East Republic.  Qulbain later died from his injuries.  Buford is being held in Peoria County Jail awaiting official charges by the Peoria County States Attorney.
