Fire damages most of the building housing Chuck's Towing in Pekin. An employee called 911 about 3:00 Tuesday afternoon and Pekin fire fighters had the fire put out within minutes. The Journal Star reports there were no injuries and no one was inside the business at the time of the blaze. The cause of the fire is being looked into, but is believed to have started in the compressor room.
