Pekin's Avanti's Dome has a new General Manager. He is 33-year old Brian Wonders of Peoria. The Journal Star reports Wonders was appointed to the post last week after former General Manager Steve Brown left. Wonders is a coach with Peoria Notre Dame High School. He is also a former Central Illinois Director for the Internet High School Sport Center and a former community relations director for the Peoria Pirates. Wonders says more community involvement is his goal for the Avanti's Dome.
