Two men arrested in connection with a weekend Peoria homicide appear in bonding court. WEEK News 25 reports 34-year old Ahmad Macklin is being held on one-million dollars bond, while bond for 46-year-old Johnny Thomas is set at $50,000. Both were still in the Peoria County jail on Sunday Night. Macklin is charged with first degree murder in the death of 28-year-old Jacob Gann, who was found on the third floor of downtown apartment building on Saturday. Thomas is charged with concealment of a homicidal death. Both men will be back in court Monday Afternoon.
