Peoria Police believe foul play was involved in the death of a man found on the third floor of an apartment building Saturday morning.
Officers were called to 105 Southwest Perry about 6:15am to a report of a man down and not breathing. First responders determined the unidentified man was dead upon arrival. He is described as being 20 to 30 years old.
Police say the exact cause of death has not been determined, but evidence at the scene makes it appear foul play is involved.
