CEFCU warns of possible security breach

CEFCU is sending letters to some members after a possible security breach. The Journal Star reports there's been a theft of a laptop computer that contained some member's names and account numbers. CEFCU president and CEO, Mark Spenny, is quoted as saying there has so far been no evidence of the information being used. CEFCU in the letter offers the affected members a free 12-month membership in an identity theft program through the credit bureau Experian.
