A Williamsfield woman is listed in critical condition after her car clips the back of a semi. 19-year old Chelsea Battye was taken to OSF Saint Francis Medical Center following the crash at Route 78 and Schlissler Road about 10:15 Thursday morning. Lt. David Owen with Peoria County Sheriff's Department says the semi was completing a turn southbound onto 78 when the car driving northbound hit the trailer. It's not known if the dense fog played a role in the accident. Battye's car flipped onto it's roof and she had to be extracted from the vehicle.
