A Rockford man is being treated at OSF St. Francis Medical Center for critical/life threatening injuries after he was involved in an accident Friday afternoon on I-39 at mile marker 31 near Minonk. The victim is identified 21 as year old Andrew Dall.  The victim was driving north on the Interstate 39 when his car swerved  to the right, then to the left, hitting a concrete culvert in the center median.  The vehicle became airborne and rolled several times.  Dall was ejected from his 2006 Jeep Wrangler during the crash.
