A parade will have a handful of streets in western and downtown Peoria blocked off this weekend.
The Grand Nationals TT Motrocycle Parade starts around 10:00 a.m. Saturday. It will leave from the PMC Race Park on Cameron Lane, then travel down Farmington Road to Main Street. The route will continue on Main Street to Adams before turning onto Hamilton, finishing at the riverfront. The parade should wrap up by 11:00 a.m.
Peoria police say depending on the number of participants, the parade may be separated into to groups of riders. They ask you to avoid the affected areas, or at least be prepared for delays.
Law enforcement is also reminding everyone to be aware of the extra motorcycles hitting the roads this weekend in celebration of the TT races, which happen Sunday at the Peoria Motorcycle Club. Find more information on the race is here.
