Heights Hosts Tower Park Music Fest

The Heights Tower is the place to be for music this weekend.

The village of Peoria Heights is hosting its 9th annual Tower Park Music Festival Friday and Saturday.

There's a lot more to the festival than just music.

"We'll have food, we have a beer tent, a little bit for everyone," said Sarah Witbracht with the village of Peoria Heights.

Friday's entertainment includes the bands Heavy Shake, Roundstone Buskers, and Paige DeChausse and the Reverent Few. DeChausse was once a contestant on "American Idol".

Entertainment on Saturday includes the Robin Crowe Band, The Midnight Special, Celtricity, and Drivetrain.

There will be activities just for the kids on Saturday, including face painting and inflatables from "Fun On The Run".

The Peoria Heights Tower will be open offering great views for a small fee.

Admission to festival is free, you just have to pay for food and drinks.
